这些个都是瞎扯。能力就是来自于遗传和年轻。你的遗传基因中那方面的能力好，那 就是好，怎么地都很硬大长。遗传不好，怎么吃药治疗都白搭。还有就是年轻，等你上年纪，一星期来一次你都受不了，你都得睡 个好几天才能缓过来。年轻人，别受骗，如果性能力不行，就多多锻炼身体好了，就这个管点用！
